Pesach 5781/2021 Schedule

We hope this Pesach season finds you well and staying safe.

Due to the Yom Tov season, our schedule has gone through some changes. As always, our support phone lines and email address are only for SafeTelecom direct customers. All customers who purchased a phone at one of our retail partners should reach out directly to the store where the device was purchased for support and for holiday hours of operation. We cannot answer any inquiries from third-party purchases.

The following is our schedule for the coming Pesach season:

Tuesday, March 23: Our phone/email support will be in full operation for our regular business hours of 9am EDT - 5pm EDT. Please note: This is the last day to complete any online purchases before Pesach. Any orders received after March 23 will be processed on Thursday, April 8.

Wednesday - Thursday, March 24-25: Our phone/email support will be in full operation for our regular business hours of 9am EDT - 5pm EDT. Online sales will not be processed for the duration of the holiday.

Friday, March 26: Phone/email support will be available from 9am EDT - 3pm EDT.

Sunday, March 28 - Sunday, April 4: SafeTelecom offices will be closed for the duration of the holiday. For urgent inquiries, we will monitor our support email at [email protected] for direct customers only.

Monday, April 5 - Wednesday, April 7: Our phone/email support will be in full operation for our regular business hours of 9am EDT - 5pm EDT.

Tuesday, April 8: Online sales reopen.
